Biaze Houston, PhD
Consultant
Transformational Leader
In addition to consulting with clients across the country, Biaze currently serves as Chief of District Support for the University of Virginia Partnership for Leaders in Education, where she works with districts around the country in their efforts to transform systems and conditions to create successful outcomes for students. Dr. Houston has served in school and district level leadership roles and has expertise in curriculum, instruction, assessment literacy and strategy, data driven practices, Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and Restorative Practices. Dr. Houston holds a PhD from the University of Denver in curriculum and instruction.

Polica Houston, MA
Consultant
Innovative Visionary Leader
Polica is a visionary career educator that has spearheaded bold change in both K-12 and higher education settings. Polica serves as an expert thought partner to numerous educators and organizations as they navigate turnaround, leadership, and culture challenges. Mr. Houston has led in both school and district leadership roles and has extensive experience in academic programming to support college readiness, high school and post secondary graduation, and career preparation. In addition Mr. Houston has developed and led Restorative Practice systems. Mr. Houston holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education from the University of Denver.
